If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, you may return your merchandise for a full money back refund (excluding any shipping charges) or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
In the event the merchandise is dammaged, defective or you received the wrong item, returns will be accepted within 20 days of purchase. You may choose a product exchange or a full refund. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for dammaged, deffective or wrong merchandise.
Sorry, but we do not accept returns for opened software or DVDs except if the product is dammaged or deffective upon receipt. Unopened software or DVDs can gladly be returned.
Please include a copy of the invoice and a short note stating the reason for return also state if you wish to exchange the product or perfer a refund.
